AMFICO Strain relief cord grips with wire mesh prevent cable pullout due to tension, vibration or motion, and provide overall cord support and strain relief. They are designed to prevent pull tension on the cable to be transmitted to the joints or terminals.With corrosion-resistant stainless steel mesh and alloy steel, aluminum fittings, or stainless steel fittings with liquid-tight grommets, AMFICO strain relief grips are ideal for indoor/outdoor use and are available in a range of grip diameters and fitting sizes.
The National Electrical Code requires terminal tension protection. Easily installed. Primary applications are indoors in the wiring of electrical enclosures, such as power boxes, cabinets, panel boards, machine tools, portable power tools, power centers, and bus drop cable systems.
